🔬 Test & Measurement Converter ICs

Multi-GSPS ADCs for oscilloscope and digitiser front ends, high-speed DACs for arbitrary waveform generators — pin-to-pin alternatives that keep T&M roadmaps on schedule.

Front-end silicon for instruments that can't wait

Instrument platforms monetise bandwidth: an oscilloscope is its ADC, an AWG is its DAC. When those flagship converters go on allocation, the whole product roadmap slips with them. Our T&M-relevant range covers both directions — 8-bit 3 GSPS single-channel ADCs (ADC083000-class) for cost-sensitive digitiser front ends, 10-bit quad 1.25 GSPS ADCs (EV10AQ190A-class) for mid-range scopes and multi-channel capture, and the 12-bit 10.25 GSPS SXA050 (AD9213-class) for high-bandwidth scopes. On the source side, 3 GSPS and 6.4 GSPS DACs (EV12DS130A / EV12DS460 class) plus the 11 GSPS dual SXD052 (AD9174-class) drive AWG output stages. All production parts with 6-week lead time — the supply discipline your instrument roadmap can actually be built on.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an alternative to the AD9213 for oscilloscope front ends?

Yes — SXA050, 12-bit 10.25 GSPS RF-sampling, pin-to-pin compatible with the AD9213 over JESD204B. It is our flagship production ADC for high-bandwidth digitisers.

Options for lower-cost digitiser front ends?

SXA012 (8-bit, 3 GSPS single-channel, ADC083000-class) and SXA013 (10-bit, 4 × 1.25 GSPS quad, EV10AQ190A-class) cover mid-range scopes and multi-channel capture cards.

Which DACs fit AWG output stages?

SXD015 (12-bit 3 GSPS) and SXD016 (12-bit 6.4 GSPS) are alternatives to EV12DS130A / EV12DS460. For wideband dual-channel AWGs, SXD052 provides 16-bit 11 GSPS in the AD9174 class.

Lead time for instrument production?
