RF & Mixed-Signal ICs for Radar Development

Explore beamformer ICs, true time delay ICs, low-noise amplifiers, frequency synthesizers, and high-speed ADCs/DACs for radar development.

We supply individual ICs to engineering teams developing their own hardware. Share your required frequency range, chip function, channel count, and target part number with our FAE team to discuss available options.

Find ICs by function

Beamformer ICs

Control phase and amplitude across RF channels.

True Time Delay ICs

Apply programmable time delay to RF signals.

Low-Noise Amplifiers

Amplify receive signals with specified noise performance.

Frequency Synthesizers & PLLs

Generate or control frequencies using integrated- or external-VCO devices.

High-Speed ADCs

Convert analog inputs into digital samples.

High-Speed DACs

Convert digital data into analog output signals.

RF ICs to explore

Representative devices from the catalog are shown below. Confirm suitability against your application and full specifications; channel counts refer to each IC’s function. Availability and compatibility are confirmed per part.

Data converters to explore

Sampling rate is not analog input bandwidth. ADC/DAC channel counts are not RF transmit/receive or beamformer channel counts. Review input bandwidth, interfaces, and full electrical specifications separately.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide complete radar systems?

Our offering is ICs for teams developing their own hardware, rather than complete radar systems, RF modules, or system integration.

Do you offer beamformer ICs?

Yes. Browse our beamformer IC category and select by frequency range, channel count, and Rx, Tx, or Tx/Rx direction.

What information should I provide for an X-band or 8-channel requirement?

Specify the operating frequencies and required IC function. Clarify whether “8 channels” means ADC, DAC, receive, transmit, or beamforming channels, and include a reference part number and quantity. We will check the catalog and full specifications to confirm whether a matching device is available.

How do I request datasheets, samples, and a quotation?

Use the contact page or the inquiry form on a product detail page. Include the target part, required specifications, and sample or production quantities. Our FAE team will confirm available documentation, sample options, and pricing.

How is lead time confirmed?

Provide the part number and quantity. Lead time is checked against current availability for each part and confirmed in the formal quotation or order acknowledgement.
