16-bit 2.4 GSPS quad-channel high-speed DAC with JESD204B 8-lane @12.5 Gbps, 144-pin BGA package, SFDR >70 dBc, typical power <2W. Alternative to AD9154.
The JXD2641PE is a 16-bit resolution, up-to-2.4-GSPS update rate quad-channel high-speed digital-to-analog converter (DAC), benchmarked against ADI's AD9154. The device integrates 4 high-performance DAC cores on a single chip with a JESD204B high-speed serial interface, providing a highly integrated China-based solution for multi-channel wideband communication transmitters, phased-array radar waveform generators, and arbitrary waveform generators.
The JXD2641PE supports JESD204B 8-lane configuration at up to 12.5 Gbps per lane, capable of carrying 4Γ 16-bit @ 2.4 GSPS high-bandwidth data. SFDR exceeds 70 dBc with excellent spurious-free dynamic range. Typical power consumption is under 2W, achieving balance of performance, power, and thermal management within the 144-BGA package.
The JXD2641PE targets wideband wireless communications, phased-array radar transmit channels, multi-channel AWG, and satellite communication ground terminals. Standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks, making it a preferred China-based alternative to the AD9154 and similar quad-channel high-speed DACs, with complete FAE technical support.

The JXD2641PE is defined at AD9154 performance class β a 16-bit 2.4 GSPS quad-channel JESD204B high-speed DAC β an important choice for AD9154 China-based replacement in wideband communications and multi-channel transmit applications. We recommend sample evaluation before system substitution; our FAE can assist with JESD204B links, clock synchronization, and PCB design review.
