The device integrates 8 independent sample-and-hold amplifiers and SAR ADC cores on a single chip, with up to 200 KSPS synchronous sampling rate, supporting true bipolar analog inputs (Β±10V/Β±5V selectable), and built-in analog input clamp protection circuits that effectively protect the device and backend circuitry under power system fault and overvoltage conditions.

The JXA6681AME provides both parallel and high-speed serial interfaces (SPI/QSPI) for convenient connection to MCUs, DSPs, and FPGAs. On-chip integrated 2.5V reference and reference buffer minimize peripheral circuitry.
