The JXA050 is a 12-bit, 10 gigasamples per second (GSPS) single-channel RF sampling analog-to-digital converter designed as a high-performance alternative to the AD9213. Built on an advanced time-interleaved multi-core architecture, the JXA050 breaks through single-core ADC sampling rate bottlenecks, enabling direct RF sampling of signals across L/S/C/X bands. It eliminates complex analog downconversion chains, dramatically simplifying receiver design.

Achieving 10 GSPS sampling at 12-bit resolution, the device integrates high-precision on-chip time-interleaving mismatch calibration that continuously corrects channel offset, gain, and phase mismatches across full temperature and voltage ranges, ensuring excellent dynamic range.
