The JXA050 is a 12-bit, 10 gigasamples per second (GSPS) single-channel RF sampling analog-to-digital converter designed as a high-performance alternative to the AD9213. Built on an advanced time-interleaved multi-core architecture, the JXA050 breaks through single-core ADC sampling rate bottlenecks, enabling direct RF sampling of signals across L/S/C/X bands. Achieving 10 GSPS sampling at 12-bit resolution, the device integrates high-precision on-chip time-interleaving mismatch calibration that continuously corrects channel offset, gain, and phase mismatches across full temperature and voltage ranges, ensuring excellent dynamic range. The digital side uses a JESD204B high-speed serial interface supporting 16-lane configurations with up to 16 Gbps per lane, enabling direct connection to mainstream FPGAs/ASICs.
