The JXA011 is a 14-bit, 1 gigasample per second (GSPS) dual-channel analog-to-digital converter designed as a pin-compatible alternative to the AD9680. It combines high resolution and high sampling speed in a single integrated device within a 64-pin LFCSP package, paired with JESD204B high-speed serial output. It can widely replace the AD9680 in communications, radar, medical imaging, and industrial data acquisition, providing customers with a zero-PCB-redesign fast alternative path.
The JXA011 achieves excellent dynamic range with typical SNR of 63 dBFS and SFDR of 78 dBc. The JESD204B interface supports configurable lane rates up to 10 Gbps per lane, with simple board routing and convenient FPGA interfacing. Typical power consumption is under 500 mW, combined with -40Β°C to +85Β°C industrial temperature range, providing excellent thermal design margin in multi-channel MIMO and high-density boards.
